What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Deliver charges will vary depending on where you are located, main centres or regional outlying areas. Delivery charges are calculated once you enter your address.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We accept credit card and EFT as payment for orders placed online

How long will delivery take?

Our picking, packing and delivery is linked to what you order, where you want it delivered or collected and how you choose to pay. So delivery and collection times can vary. Main centre deliveries normally take 1-3 days and Reginal and Remote deliveries take 3-7 days.We recommend calling us to check delivery times if you are unsure

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Yes! Most definitely. When you place an order, you are automatically redirected to Payfast. When you arrive there, you will notice a lock appear in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. This means that your transaction is totally secure from any outside intervention. No one but you and the bank will be in possession of your credit card information.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once we receive your order, payment is checked and cleared, it then goes to our warehouse where it is picked and packaged ready for delivery. The order is then booked with our courier. The courier then collects and delivery is sheduled. At this point you will receive a waybill notification so you can track your order.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

An Invoice is generated once you place your order which you are able to print. The courier will also deliver a paper invoice with your order.
